John August / Wearing his Celtx T / 'Starting Out in Hollywood'

Adam_john

Woooah.... Looking Good, Mr. A!!

Check out John August pictured here wearing his very cool Celtx Tshirt, as he stands along side of his new buddy Adam Davis. Adam is a friend of a mutual mentor, graduate of JA's alma mater (Drake Universisity), and a recent resident of Los Angeles. John asked Adam to write about his experience so far on moving to LA and what it's like trying to break into the biz. Hopefully he advised Adam on the best production software to use as well ;-)

You can read Adam's account of 'Starting Out in Hollywood' here on John August's kick-ass screenwriting blog. - S

Very cool. Good to see Celtx is getting some Hollywood exposure!

Sadly both my Celtx shirts are damaged, one is ripped and the other one has paint on it. :S I'll keep wearing them faithfully though!

Chris - Hmmm... theat sounds like a hint to me?? Sure I thought by now you had a Celtx T for every day of the week ;-) - S

How does one procure a Celtx t-shirt? I'd love to get my hands on one!

The Celtx Ts are small tokens of our Team's appreciation that are offered up to people in the community who simply help to make Celtx a better product.

Our volunteer beta testers, translators, and people who choose to spread the Celtx word by saying and writing wonderful things about us on their blogs/forums ;) , are fine examples of people who usually find themselves donning a shiny new Celtx T. So if you've done any of those great things, or are interested, give me a holler at
sheila [at] celtx dot com, and we'll see if we can arrange something. Cheers! - S.
