October 25th, 2006, St. John's, NL - As the dust settles on 17th annual The St. John's International Women's Film Festival, exhausted filmmakers from Canada, USA and the UK head home after 5 days and nights of film, fun and networking in St. John's. This year's festival screened a total of 81 films that were picked from a pool of 462 submissions.
Closing night featured these films by local Newfoundland filmmakers "The Sparky Book" by Mary Lewis, "Treat Day" by Janet Mcdonald, Victoria King's "Becoming 13", 2D in 2Days, 24-HR Filmmaking Challenge "Hector in Hiding", and a screening of the Celtx sponsored FRAMED film by Jessie Meyer "I Was a Teenage Vampire"
As a proud sponsor for the festival, Celtx provided volunteers with snazzy volunteer t-shirts and delegates with funky swag bags.

Celtx = Free = Good. Something like that eh? Well, just to let you know, I have my own copy of Celtx. Now, where the heck is my Celtx T-shirt, huh? Gimme. :) And make some badges for Celtx so people don't have to do it for themselves to link back to your site to help you promote it or did I miss something? :)
Keep up the good work and, of course, thanks Celtx folks.
Regards,
